Services Provided<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer custom graphic design and digital marketing services tailored to client needs. Specific project details, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed upon at the start of each project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Revisions<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Each project includes up to 3 revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment is due upon project completion but before final delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preliminary designs are watermarked. Once payment is confirmed, watermark-free files are delivered in the agreed formats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. File Formats<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Final deliverables are provided in PSD, AI, PDF, PNG, or any format specified at the project start. Additional formats may be subject to additional fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Refunds and Cancellations<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds are available for projects not yet started.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivered designs or completed services are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations must be communicated in writing to office@divinedesign.rs .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>All designs become the client\u2019s intellectual property upon full payment. Until payment is received, all designs remain the property of DivineDesign.rs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Confidentiality<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All client-provided materials and information are handled securely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Client Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Clients must provide accurate project information, timely feedback, and necessary resources for completing the project on schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Disputes<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Any disputes arising from our services will be governed by Serbian law. Disputes may be resolved through negotiation or legal arbitration if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Amendments<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We reserve the right to update these terms as needed.
